📋 Description

• Ensuring high-quality employee master data through ongoing controlling and follow-up
• Analysing market data and supporting the development and maintenance of global pay ranges
• Analysing salary data to identify patterns and support fair and equal pay across jobs and levels
• Contributing to the development of tools that make HR data easy to analyse and visualise
• Preparing process documentation, analyses and presentation materials
• Contributing to our continued work related to pay transparency

🎯 Requirements

• 0-3 years of relevant experience working with data, numbers or analytics, preferably in an
• Educational background within Finance, Economics, Organisation or a related field
• Works in a structured and analytical way with an eye for detail
• Understands why high-quality master data matters when making business decisions
• Advanced Excel user, while experience with SAP and BI tools is an advantage
• Takes initiative and enjoys working both independently and together with others
