📋 Description

• Drive candidate sourcing initiatives through LinkedIn and other relevant recruitment channels
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple roles, using diverse sourcing
• Review resumes and applications, conduct initial candidate interviews and evaluations, and maintain
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and other hiring activities while ensuring candidates and
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, support
• Manage assigned requisitions independently from initial intake through the offer stage, tracking

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Human Resources, or a
• Strong hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment, talent sourcing, candidate evaluation, and
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage recruitment workflows
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong follow-up skills, and the ability to keep multiple hiring
