🎯 Requirements

4+ years as an HR generalist/HRBP with cross-functional HR exposure.
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth settings; tech industry experience with technical teams is
Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and influencing abilities; capable of partnering across global teams.
Ability to work with team members outside the US on global HR issues.
