HR Business Partner

📋 Description

• Advising management on leadership, performance management and personnel issues
• Analyzing HR data and KPIs (e.g., absenteeism, turnover, employee satisfaction) to drive actions
• Stimulating talent development and organizing development programs
• Handling complex HR cases (absence, performance, disciplinary processes)
• Initiating improvements in employer branding, employee engagement, and workplace happiness
• Following up on employee satisfaction surveys to convert insights into improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or similar
• Experience as HR Business Partner, HR Advisor or similar role
• Knowledge of labor law and modern HR processes
• Experience with talent management, recruitment, and organizational development
• Strong communication skills in English and Dutch, with ability to challenge managers constructively
