📋 Description

• Sourcing and coordinating blue-collar recruitment requirements at the factory, in alignment with
• Ensure a smooth and effective employee onboarding process, from joining formalities through the
• Attend daily factory meetings and follow up on HR-related issues, manpower requirements, and
• Act as the main HR point of contact for factory employees and supervisors, providing guidance and

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in factory or plant HR, preferably managing a blue-collar workforce
• HR Certificate/Diploma
• Good knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work closely with factory employees and management
