📋 Description

• Act as a consultative HR Business Partner, advising leaders and employees on people-related matters
• Partner with Recruitment, Talent, Learning & Development, Benefits, Payroll, Rewards, and
• Develop, implement, and support HR strategies and initiatives that align with broader people
• Coach and advise business leaders on employee matters, talent development, performance, and
• Support initiatives that strengthen diversity, equity, inclusion, and a culture where employees can
• Lead and facilitate talent review activities, supporting effective succession planning, talent

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience working as a General HR Business Partner, with a strong understanding of core HR
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills
• Strong interest in talent management, career development, and helping employees and teams achieve
• Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor to leaders and build credible, collaborative
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, combined with sound judgment

• U.S. national base salary range of $65,100–$108,500, with geographic differentials applicable in
• Location-specific salary ranges include Colorado: $65,100–$108,500; Illinois: $68,300–$113,900
