📋 Description

• Serve as the trusted HR advisor to leaders with India based employees and own how Weave's global
• Own the story behind India's talent data. Translate trends in attrition, hiring, performance, and
• Be Weave's expert voice on the India employee experience and employment landscape, and make that
• Support the compensation cycles in India, from calibration to manager coaching, partnering with
• Own employee relations in India in a proactive manner, coaching managers through difficult moments
• Own the India compliance landscape and serve as our first line for spotting risk, working alongside

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 7 plus years experience as a HRBP.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
