📋 Description

• Based at Bombas HQ in New York City
• Act as trusted advisor on org design, team structure, and workforce planning
• Drive succession planning for key roles within client groups
• Translate business decisions into people implications (growth, restructuring)
• Own performance review execution for your client groups
• Guide managers through performance management and coaching

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6+ years HR Business Partner experience
• A track record of building trust with senior business leaders
• Strong judgment on employee relations matters
• Comfort moving between functions with different cultures and rhythms
• Working knowledge of employment law fundamentals (NY/multi-state a plus)
