Lead organizational design and restructuring initiatives
Own annual global talent review and succession planning
Partner with Finance and Functional Heads for headcount planning
Collaborate with Regional HR Leaders (Americas, EMEA, APJ) to adapt strategies locally
Serve as primary point of contact for senior global leaders

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred)
10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in strategic HRBP capacity
Proven ability to influence across reporting lines
Ability to develop HR solutions from business clients' needs
Exceptional communication skills
Proficiency with Workday
