HR Coordinator

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end screening and recruiting process for high-volume roles, particularly part-time
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews to keep pace with ongoing hiring needs
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure smooth, timely candidate experience
• Manage employee onboarding process end-to-end, including systems provisioning, new hire
• Ensure new hires have smooth, welcoming start and have access to tools/information they need
• Process weekly/semi-monthly payroll for non-exempt employees, including Client Onsite Associates

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4+ years of HR, recruiting, or people operations experience
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with can-do, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
• Professional maturity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential matters
• Comfort working with a high-volume, hourly/non-exempt workforce
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
