🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree
12+ years of relevant HR experience
Knowledge of regulations and standards affecting the business; strong business acumen
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in a complex and demanding environment
Project management or business experience
Experience in organizational development, design, and effectiveness
