HR Director of Corporate

📋 Description

• Act as the trusted execution partner to the SVP, People Operations, translating high-level strategy
• Serve as the first line of escalation for complex employee relations, manager friction, and
• Provide rapid-response guidance, real-time pulse checks, and data-backed workforce insights
• Direct, mentor, and stretch the HR Partner team to build a high-performing, customer-centric HR
• Maintain oversight of Corporate Talent Acquisition ops to ensure candidate pipelines and recruiters
• Step in to unblock hiring bottlenecks and assist on critical senior talent searches.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with complex employee relations, manager coaching, and daily
• Experience as a trusted operational partner to senior HR leadership.
• Prior leadership experience managing, mentoring, and developing HR team members.
• Background including talent acquisition or recruiting oversight.
• Practical experience managing and tracking headcount alongside Finance and department leads.
• Solid foundation in employment law, investigations, and corrective action best practices.
