HR Generalist

📋 Description

• Lead ER across EMEA (PIPs, flexible working, absences, redundancies).
• Coach managers on ER best practices, risk, and employment law.
• Partner with HRBPs, Legal, and leaders for compliant outcomes across jurisdictions.
• Draft and review ER documents, investigations, letters, and settlements.
• Support organisational change, restructures, and workforce planning in EMEA.
• Drive AI and automation in People Ops and Employee Relations to streamline processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of HR experience at a fast-paced, high-growth company.
• Strong experience managing complex ER matters: investigations, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and ER across multiple EMEA countries.
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience partnering with managers at varying seniority levels and influencing decisions.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
