HR Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with clinical and operational leaders as a trusted HR business partner, providing guidance
• Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management
• Serve as an empathetic and objective mediator, helping resolve workplace concerns while maintaining
• Support leadership teams during panel interviews and contribute to identifying candidates whose
• Partner with the CHRO to implement employee benefit programs and lead employee communications
• Provide backup support for biweekly payroll processing and related HR operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressively responsible HR experience, preferably within healthcare, behavioral
• Demonstrated experience managing employee relations and navigating employment laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and advanced Excel skills for workforce reporting, data analysis
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance
• Exceptional emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive and complex employee matters
