📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across the organization, partnering with hiring managers from role
• Plan hiring proactively around production and business needs, identify workforce gaps, maintain
• Build and continuously improve structured hiring processes, including clear role requirements
• Coach managers on interviewing, decision-making, HR policies, and people-management practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of HR experience, including experience within medium-to-large technology organizations.
• Strong full-cycle recruitment experience across technical and creative positions, ideally within
• Demonstrated ability to run hiring processes that are both efficient and rigorous, using structured
• Hands-on experience with salary benchmarking, compensation planning, offer design, and negotiation.
