HR Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Provide friendly, first-line support for everyday employee and manager HR questions, escalating
• Support onboarding and offboarding, helping create a smooth experience for employees joining and
• Complete routine Workday transactions supporting offboarding, onboarding, mobility, and time &amp
• Maintain our HR knowledge content, including articles, FAQs, and guidance, and flag information
• Use approved AI tools to find information, improve content, and make routine work more efficient
• Help employees and managers use Workday and HR self-service tools effectively.

🎯 Requirements

• You’re interested in building a career in HR Operations, People Operations, or a similar field.
• You have some experience in an administrative, operational, customer service, or people-focused
• You’re organized, detail-oriented, and care about getting things right.
• You communicate clearly and empathetically and enjoy helping people find answers.
• You’re comfortable learning new technology and following established processes. Workday experience
• You’re interested in using AI and other technology responsibly to work more effectively.
