6+ years' experience in a generalist HR, HR Operations or shared services role in a progressive
Experience leading and developing a small team
Demonstrated experience in global mobility and immigration, ideally across multiple APAC
Strong working knowledge of HRIS platforms (Workday highly regarded) and a genuine interest in
A track record in process improvement, developing SOPs, and building HR capability through training
