📋 Description

• Own day-to-day benefits administration and drive the annual open enrollment cycle end to end —
• Partner with the team's immigration point of contact to keep cases and filing deadlines on track
• Maintain the compensation data the whole People function runs on: the variable pay index, the job
• Build the analysis behind real pay decisions — band placement, compa-ratio, and offer analytics the
• Keep recurring People programs moving on cadence, from the performance review cycle to the annual
• Curate the People programs calendar so cycles land cleanly and never collide.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in HR or People Operations, comfortable moving across benefits, immigration, compensation
• Proven ability to run a defined process independently once trained — processing enrollments
• Experience supporting a recurring People program such as open enrollment or a performance cycle as
• Hands-on fluency in an HRIS or payroll system such as ADP Workforce Now.
• A reconciliation instinct: you can put two data sets side by side, like invoices against enrollment
• Strong organization and deadline awareness — you track multiple recurring processes at once, follow
