📋 Description

• Lead and manage a broad range of employee relations matters across EMEA.
• Provide expert coaching to managers on ER best practices and employment law.
• Partner with HR, Legal, and business leaders for compliant outcomes.
• Draft and review ER docs, including investigations and settlement letters.
• Support organisational change, restructures, and workforce planning in EMEA.
• Drive AI and automation adoption in People Ops and ER to streamline work.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years HR experience at a fast-growth company
• Strong ER experience: performance management, investigations, grievances, redundancies
• UK employment law knowledge; ER across EMEA
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and influence decisions
• Excellent written communication and documentation
• Highly organized; manage multiple priorities
