HR Project Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end multi-country EOR onboarding programs for enterprise clients
• Serve as single point of contact for enterprise Customer POCs
• Coordinate with HR Ops, Customer Success, and Sales teams
• Navigate international labor laws, visa requirements, and benefits
• Drive client activation and platform adoption
• Document and refine implementation playbooks

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in enterprise implementation, customer onboarding, or project management
• Exposure to global employment mechanics (EOR, payroll, HR ops)
• Experience managing multi-country projects using frameworks like PMP or Agile
• Strong communication and consultative leadership skills
• Ability to handle ambiguity and complex regulatory issues
• Experience with employee transfers (TUPE, M&A) preferred
