HR Systems Engineer (Mid-Level)

📋 Description

• Administer daily configuration changes across BambooHR, Lever, Lattice, and ADP.
• Build and maintain a current-state map of HR systems, configurations, and data flows.
• Document and maintain integrations between HR platforms and Okta and NetSuite.
• Serve as escalation point for HR systems issues.
• Partner with IT and InfoSec on access provisioning tied to HR changes.
• Evaluate the HR tooling landscape and identify gaps or risks.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, integration architecture, and changes.
• Support audits and SOC 2/compliance for HR systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience administering HR systems (BambooHR, Lever, Lattice, ADP, Workday).
• Experience mapping or maintaining SaaS integrations (APIs/middleware/native connectors).
• Familiarity with identity provisioning concepts (Okta or IDP).
• Familiarity with NetSuite or ERP/finance data integration.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills to map current-state.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, IT, and Finance.
