📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for senior and leadership roles, from understanding the requirement
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand strategic hiring needs and define
• Lead talent mapping, market intelligence, and competitor talent research to build strong leadership
• Find and engage high-caliber professionals through LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals, networking
• Run structured interview and assessment processes for leadership candidates.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships and give candidates a confidential, high-quality experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to leadership or executive hiring.
• Strong headhunting, sourcing, talent mapping, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven ability to engage senior professionals and close critical hiring mandates.
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
