📋 Description

• Partner with Operations leaders and managers to develop and implement HR policies that support the
• Advise leaders on organizational design, hirings, and people budget management.
• Act to help managers drive ownership and follow through on team challenges.

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally coming from a fast-growing scale-up, Tech/SaaS environment, or international matrix
• 6 to 10+ years of experience as an HRBP or People Partner with significant exposure to Tech
• Strong business acumen and budget management skills, with the assertiveness to constructively
• Deep mastery of labor law, organizational design, change management, and people management.
• Pragmatic and data-informed mindset, capable of balancing operational execution (60%) and strategic
