📋 Description

• Consult with People Leaders, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
• Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the People Operations team to develop solutions
• Design and roll out scalable people programs (performance cycles, manager training, engagement)
• Partner with retail leadership on store staffing models, field leader development, and retention of

🎯 Requirements
