📋 Description

• Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM, including business processes, notifications, alerts
• Maintain and update Workday security roles and role assignments, partnering with stakeholders to
• Manage the HRIS support ticket queue, triaging requests, resolving system issues, identifying root
• Manage projects end to end, partnering with stakeholders to translate business requirements into
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to support
• Create, execute, and troubleshoot Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) integrations to support data

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience configuring Workday HCM business processes and administering
• Experience managing an HRIS support queue or responding to end-user support requests
• Proficiency creating, executing, and troubleshooting EIBs, along with experience in Workday
• Understanding of HR business processes across the employee lifecycle, with strong analytical and
