📋 Description

Technical lead on custom app development: architecture decisions, code reviews, and best practices
Hands-on development across the People Systems app suite
Own Workday security role architecture and access governance (SOX compliant)
Build and maintain Workday integrations with downstream systems, AI layer, and carrier feeds
Manage Azure and app environments: test/prod, monitoring, release readiness
Partner with People Ops to translate requirements into technical solutions

🎯 Requirements

Technical lead on software projects: architecture decisions, code reviews, and influence
Production software experience across deployments and production systems
Proficiency in JavaScript or Python with depth for production code
Experience with a structured SDLC: version control, CI/CD, code reviews
Knowledge of access governance or security role administration (RBAC)
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
