📋 Description

• Deliver end-to-end HubSpot implementations using established templates, proven methodologies, and
• Configure core HubSpot components, including CRM objects, pipelines, automations, and reporting.
• Own implementation quality, project timelines, and delivery outcomes for assigned clients.
• Clearly communicate implementation scope, manage expectations, and confidently address requests
• Identify recurring client needs, implementation patterns, and process gaps to improve existing
• Provide structured feedback that helps strengthen and evolve implementation products and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in implementation, project management, or a related delivery-focused role.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience using HubSpot.
• Previous experience working in a customer-facing position with responsibility for client
• Strong meeting and presentation skills, with the ability to lead conversations, communicate
• Experience mapping business processes across marketing, sales, and service and identifying gaps or
