📋 Description

• Design quality frameworks for complex human data programs.
• Partner with clients as strategic advisor to shape data needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building quality, evaluation or annotation systems in AI or ML.
• Strong Python and SQL skills for solving quality problems.
• Understanding ML pipelines and how human data impacts models.
• Strong analytical thinking; experience designing scalable quality frameworks.
• Ability to engage frontier labs and partner with stakeholders.
• Translate data analysis into requirements for product and engineering.
• Explain findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
