📋 Description

• Build a deep understanding of assigned business areas, including objectives and people trends.
• Provide timely, consistent advice and coaching to leaders across performance, onboarding
• Collaborate with managers to shape people strategies and ensure long-term sustainable solutions.
• Champion initiatives that create a positive employee experience.
• Analyze and respond to workforce capability needs, supporting organizational planning and
• Assist in designing practical people solutions together with the Employee Experience team.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in Human Resources, including HR Advisor, Senior Advisor, Business Partner, or
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing change and people-related processes.
• In-depth knowledge of local employment legislation.
• Strong relationship-building skills with proven ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Ability to travel domestically/internationally; valid passport and unrestricted driving license
