Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

📋 Description

• Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational priorities, workforce
• Act as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, organizational design, change management, talent
• Lead and support core HR programs, including performance management, employee relations
• Analyze engagement trends, retention risks, compensation information, and other people metrics to
• Design and implement scalable HR frameworks, processes, and best practices that support business
• Coach leaders on building engaged, high-performing teams and effectively managing employee

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, with specialized education or training in Human Resources or a related
• 9+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, preferably within fast-paced, global
• 5+ years of experience developing and scaling HR models, frameworks, processes, and best practices.
• 5+ years advising senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change
• 5+ years using HR data and analytics to interpret people metrics, compensation information
• 5+ years of experience attracting, assessing, developing, and retaining high-performing talent

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary of CAD $85,000–$115,000, plus bonus opportunities.
