Human Resources Generalist

📋 Description

• Champion Lambda's culture, mission, purpose, and values, helping ensure they are reflected
• Partner with the HR Generalist team to deliver a seamless new hire onboarding experience, including
• Own and manage the end-to-end offboarding process, including coordination with HRBPs and IT
• Provide timely and accurate HR support through the JIRA ticketing system, responding to employee
• Serve as a backup for payroll processing, supporting payroll activities, reviews, and issue
• Support HR compliance activities, including annual regulatory filings, required reporting, employee

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist or People Operations experience, preferably within a
• Strong working knowledge of core HR operations and the employee lifecycle, including onboarding
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and independent decision-making in
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with
• Proven ability to take ownership of projects and processes, proactively identify next steps, and
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, particularly when managing employee data
