📋 Description

• Lead onboarding, offboarding, HRIS stewardship, payroll data integrity.
• Ensure timely, compliant lifecycle from hire to separation.
• Maintain ADP records and digital personnel files; audit-ready.
• Collaborate with Payroll/Finance and school leaders for clear handoffs.
• Drive consistent processes and continuous improvement across lifecycle.
• On-site presence at KNOS regional office and partner schools daily.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3–5+ years HR or K-12 admin experience
• Core HR: classification, comp basics, FLSA, I-9/FERPA, HIPAA
• HRIS/Payroll platforms; Google Workspace/M365; e-signature; Excel
• Personal alignment with KNOS mission and 5 core beliefs
• Offers contingent on reference checks, identity/work authorization, and background check
