Human Resources Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary HR partner for the Lewisville Fulfillment Center, advising leadership on all
• Manage the full employee lifecycle for our workforce, including, onboarding, performance
• Lead employee relations efforts, conducting investigations, mediating conflicts, and ensuring fair
• Drive HR program implementation at the site level, including performance reviews, compensation
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and Flexport policies within
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, recommend solutions, and contribute to site-specific HR

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an onsite operational environment
• Proven expertise in employee relations, labor law compliance, and HR best practices for non-exempt
• Strong ability to partner with and influence site leadership to achieve business and people
• Experience managing HR functions independently for a specific site or business unit.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
