Human Services Quality Assurance (QA) Compliance Manager

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, mentor the QA staff (1 coordinator)
• Develop, and deliver training and mentoring to Dungarvin employees to ensure maximum adherence to
• Assist in quality assessment, intervention and enhancement of services and supports
• Assure that all services provided are of the highest possible quality
• Be involved in the development, review, and implementation of the plan of improvement, if issues
• Ensure that operational quality processes are maintained through audit/inspection processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field preferred
• Two (2) years of experience in a related field
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience
• Must have prior experience working directly with individuals with disabilities
• Prior experience in project management is preferred
