HVAC Programmer

📋 Description

• Set up process to write all programs and virtual points
• Work in conjunction with engineers, environmental control system/HVAC lead and/or manager in order
• Incorporate third party software into the design of building environmental control automation
• Identify and obtain the necessary components to network the building automation system
• Set-up virtual and/or physical test system to test all programming prior to release to the field
• Create functional test checkout sheets to be included in specialist checkout books

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 3+ years of experience with HVAC, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical systems and control systems
• 3+ years of experience programming HVAC control strategies (preferred)
• Associate degree or 1-2 years of vocational technical training (preferred)
• Specialized skill training/certification (preferred)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills (preferred)
