HVAC Quality Assurance Project Manager

📋 Description

• Independently manage multiple Test and Balance projects of varying size and complexity.
• Oversee TAB and Commissioning field crews to ensure adherence to procedures and accuracy in testing.
• Request and review mechanical drawings, HVAC submittals, and specifications to assist teams with
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Participate in contractor meetings for project planning and scheduling.
• Manage change to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC installations.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems including air balancing, duct design, VAV systems
• Certification through NEBB, AABC, or TABB preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or other related field of study.
• Project Management Certification and/or Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification preferred
• Proven experience managing multiple projects concurrently with complex inter-dependencies.
