HVAC Service Technician

📋 Description

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment including RTUs, split systems, boilers, chillers, and
• Complete scheduled maintenance and inspections to keep systems running efficiently and extend
• Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues across a range of HVAC platforms.
• Replace or repair components such as motors, compressors, fans, and thermostats.
• Read and work from wiring diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer documentation.
• Keep clients and team members informed on service findings and recommended next steps.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical training or certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience, preferably in a commercial HVAC service role.
• Hands-on experience with RTUs, VRV/VRF, VAV, split systems, chillers, boilers, and AHUs.
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation.
