📋 Description

  • Supervise, coach and support a team of HVAC service technicians and apprentices.
  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding new technicians.
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance and help troubleshoot difficult diagnostic calls in the field
