🎯 Requirements

• Native-level fluency in Brazilian Portuguese, with an excellent ear for natural, colloquial, and
• Professional experience directing, coaching, or producing voice or audio talent, such as voice
• Demonstrated ability to provide concise, specific, and actionable performance direction.
• Strong practical knowledge of basic recording and microphone techniques, including proximity
• Confidence improvising and adapting scripted material in real time while preserving the intended
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport
