IAM Analyst

📋 Description

• Manage joiner, mover, leaver (JML) processes to ensure accurate and timely provisioning and
• Own and deliver periodic access reviews and certification campaigns across key systems
• Administer identity platforms (e.g. Microsoft Entra ID) including role-based access control and
• Support and maintain privileged access management processes and controls
• Act as a point of contact for IAM-related queries and provide guidance to stakeholders
• Investigate and resolve access-related incidents and issues

🎯 Requirements

• Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management principles (RBAC, least privilege
• Experience managing user access and identity lifecycle processes in an enterprise environment
• Experience administering identity platforms (e.g. Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of access reviews, governance, and compliance requirements
• Ability to analyze access requirements and implement appropriate controls
• Experience working with ticketing systems and structured operational processes
