IAM Governance Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Analyze and enhance IAM Governance processes, including JML, Recertification, and Application
• Review project findings, identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, providing
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve group-wide IAM Governance guidelines, standards, and
• Lead stakeholder workshops, governance forums, and recurring meetings to drive alignment and
• Monitor progress, report on key governance activities, and present updates to senior management.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst within IAM Governance or Identity/User Access Management
• In-depth knowledge of IAM Governance processes including Identity Lifecycle Management, JML
• Experience with Business Roles, Non-Personal Accounts, and access governance controls.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities with confidence to challenge assumptions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and documentation skills.
• Very good written and spoken English.
