IC5 – Staff Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own and communicate the long-term vision and 6-12 month strategy for the Merchant Experience
• Define the north-star outcome, OKRs, roadmap, sequencing, and tradeoffs.
• Set a high bar for product discovery and craft by combining qualitative research, behavioral data
• Translate ambiguous merchant problems into clear product decisions, incremental solutions, and
• Build Manager as a coherent, scalable platform rather than a collection of features.
• Identify reusable capabilities, shared journeys, and integration patterns that enable other product

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience
• Strong track record of owning complex, strategic product areas or platforms
• Demonstrated ability to define and communicate product vision, strategy, north-star metrics, OKRs
• Mastery of product craft across discovery, problem framing, product briefs/PRDs, usability testing
• Advanced analytical capability, including defining success and guardrail metrics, product
• Strong platform thinking and technical fluency
