IDD Services Senior Director

📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategic, programmatic, and fiscal initiatives to drive business growth
• Oversee the development, evaluation, and continuous improvement of programs and services while
• Lead budget development, resource allocation, and financial performance management while
• Hire, coach, mentor, train, and supervise up to six direct reports while fostering professional
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective business partners, government
• Monitor key performance indicators, service metrics, compliance measures, and operational outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field, such as Psychology, Counseling, Social Work
• 7–8 years of experience in the human services industry, specifically supporting individuals with
• 5 years of progressive senior-level management experience.
• Experience overseeing supportive living, waiver sites, residential group homes, and/or day programs.
• Strong financial management and budgeting experience with budgets exceeding $30 million, including
• Master's degree in a related field (nice to have).
