📋 Description

• Manage the oversight of UK STDF Actuals and Stress Testing outputs - ensuring end-to-end process
• Own risk and control management - own design and uplift of controls (incl. EUCs, calculators and
• Run UK governance and stakeholder management including representing HBUK at Integrity in Regulatory
• Ensure 2027 BCST readiness including documentation, process maps, runbooks, and controls evidence.
• Manage UK stress testing delivery across cycles - own L0–L2 plans/timelines, governance milestones
• Coordinate key approvals from accountable executives and submissions - facilitate STDF actuals

🎯 Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of the UK STDF and Stress Testing frameworks, and components of bank stress
• Understands the features of a robust control framework and experience of applying controls
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective management of stakeholder relationships
• Focused on continuous process development and using automation to enhance the controls environment
• Verbally articulate and have excellent writing skills (strong English, which is clear, precise and
