IM UAM PMO Analyst

📋 Description

• Coordinate team meetings, workshops, training sessions, off-sites, and engagement activities
• Support the definition, monitoring, and reporting of team goals, objectives, activity plans
• Assist with resource allocation, capacity planning, and workforce visibility; maintain resource
• Organize onboarding activities for new employees, contractors, and team members.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and operational reporting tools; prepare
• Gather and consolidate information from multiple sources, analyze operational data, identify trends

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or university-level qualification in Finance, Economics, Business Administration
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, PMO support, business operations, communications
• Experience consolidating data from multiple sources, monitoring performance metrics, preparing
• Excellent presentation design, visual communication, and graphical storytelling abilities, with a
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Smartsheet
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate priorities, summarize complex
