IM UAM PMO Senior Analyst

📋 Description

• Coordinate planning and execution across multiple SAP S/4HANA transformation releases, maintaining
• Monitor project progress, identify schedule deviations, bottlenecks, and delivery risks, and
• Maintain and govern project and program RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies)
• Facilitate risk identification, assessment, prioritization, and mitigation planning. Track
• Collaborate with global program managers, deployment leads, functional teams, workstream leaders
• Plan and facilitate program meetings, workshops, decision boards, and status reviews. Maintain

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent university-level qualification in Economics, Information
• At least 8 years of experience in project management, program governance, PMO operations, or
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations, ERP modernization, or enterprise-wide digital
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, delivery governance, risk management, change
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, with experience developing
• Practical experience with project planning and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project
