Implementation Analyst

📋 Description

• Act as the project lead for multiple implementation projects concurrently
• Scope, plan and manage progress against the plan (set up weekly meetings, manage
• Translate client needs into technical/functional requirements of the platform
• Rapidly execute projects within 2-4 months from end to end
• Build and execute on communication plan to support program implementation and user adoption
• Work cross functionally to effectively guide projects from concept to deployment with both internal

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a software implementation role, preferably SaaS
• Demonstrated evidence of rapid execution of concurrent short term projects
• Experience with configuring and implementing software applications
• Experience managing and resolving risks and issues
• Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and proposing new strategies to ensure project
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a broad range of people
