📋 Description

• Lead and manage multiple, complex implementation projects for a diverse range of clients (SMB
• Deliver comprehensive training sessions to clients and partners, equipping them with the knowledge
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, configuring the Deliverect platform to align with specific
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues encountered during implementation, escalating
• Collaborate closely with internal Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to relay client

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English is required & any additional languages are a plus.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in a client-facing technical role, such as an Implementation Consultant
• A proven track record of successfully delivering technical solutions and managing projects for SMB
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical
• Great troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset to thrive in a
• Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and token authentication.
