Lead implementation of new Box customers including project planning and project resource management
Execute planning for each customer: planning, initial implementation support, and adoption
Manage project progress, issues/risks, and resources; report status to stakeholders
Understand customer use cases and requirements; advise on design and configuration using Box
Troubleshoot customer issues during implementation
Support large-scale customer data migration projects

🎯 Requirements

4-year degree
2+ years of consulting experience (either internal consulting via IT organization or external
Project management experience, strong customer management skills, ability to collaborate with
Experience with enterprise-scale deployments
Willingness to take on challenges in a fast-paced growing environment, proactive team player
Fluent Japanese, English ability beyond reading/writing
