📋 Description

• Lead implementation of Talkwalker and Hootsuite Enterprise products.
• Manage project activities: scoping, requirements, plans, and training.
• Build strong relationships with customers throughout the project.
• Bridge pre-sales and post-sale teams for successful delivery.
• Align products with customer goals and outcomes.
• Define risks, timelines, adoption, and education plans.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years enterprise project implementation (IT, SaaS or consulting).
• Proven PM skills; deliver projects on time, within scope & budget.
• Translate complex business requirements into customer solutions.
• Process/Project management: manage timelines and deliverables.
• Problem solving; root-cause analysis to identify problems.
• Open communication; written and verbal skills.
